An added drip tray is provided under the burners to catch grease drippings. The oven interior is designed with coved corners and made of double-sided full porcelain enamel for easy clean-ups and corrosion resistance. The oven door is a spring assisted, counterweight door for added safety to prevent the door from accidentally closing.
