This convection oven features a Stay-Cool door handle and special Safe-Touch vented drop-down door that contains a heat reflective coating on the inner glass pane that limits the amount of heat lost. In-between the two glass panes is a vented air gap that lets any residual heat dissipate, quickly bringing the door’s outer temperature down to safe-to-touch levels. To further prevent heat loss, the door also features a revolutionary plug-in seal that’s easy to clean and replace without any tools. This Turbofan oven is controlled using a mechanical thermostat with a range of 150°F to 500°F (50°C to 260°C) and comes equipped with a 60-minute timer and alarm. The interior oven chamber is porcelain enameled, which makes it extremely easy to clean.
