Each cavity can accommodate one 6-inch-deep pan, two 4-inch-deep pans, three 5-inch-deep pans, and six 1-inch-deep pans. Since the interior corners are coved, food particles and other messes will not get caught in the small spaces. The stainless steel steam generator has a staged water fill and timed drain setting. Each compartment has its own 60-minute timer, allowing users to prepare different products simultaneously. With its heavy-duty door construction, the Vulcan C24EA6 electric floor model steamer withstands frequent use in commercial establishments.
