Description
The Bakers Pride FC-616/Y-600 IL Forno Classico 60" Natural Gas Double Deck Oven is a perfect addition to any commercial kitchen. This double deck oven offers two compartments with a total of seven 14" x 16" deck openings, ideal for baking a variety of breads, muffins, pizzas, and other items. The oven is heated using natural gas, with a maximum BTU of 260,000.
This oven features three different bake modes – convection, top-brown, and bottom-brown – for superior baking results. The temperature range for this oven is between 200-500°F and the thermostat is adjustable from 250-500°F. The oven is equipped with two 3" adjustable legs and two 60,000 BTU/hr. burners, each with a one-piece cast iron top grates.
The oven’s interior is constructed using aluminized steel, while the exterior is finished with stainless steel. The double doors open up to a spacious interior, allowing for all seven deck openings to be easily accessed. This oven is designed and manufactured in the USA and is ETL-S listed, ensuring it meets safety and sanitation standards.
