The Marcato Pasta Fresca Machine makes fresh pasta, pizza, biscuit, and dessert dough of hand-kneaded quality. Making fresh gourmet recipes is now easier than ever by letting the machine do most of the work for you! The machine can accommodate up to 500 grams of flour turning it into a silky, smooth and consistent dough in just 3 minutes. Included with the machine are three classic attachments: lasagne (150mm width), fettuccine (6.5mm width), and tagliolini (1.5mm width) allowing you to make traditional pasta dishes. The machine is built entirely of food-safe materials and comes with recipes that will help guarantee perfect dough every time.
