This electric tomato squeezer allows you to extract large amounts of tomato puree, easily separating it from seeds and skin. It’s perfect for making tomato sauce, jams, and even fruit juice.
The tomato squeezer is equipped with a 0.8 hp motor making it ideal for continuous usage. It features an AISI 304 stainless steel filter cone, drip pan, anti-spray guard, and funnel for lasting durability and a high resistance to rust and corrosion. The body is constructed out of cast iron that’s been treated with epoxy powder and baked at 300°C to make it suitable for food use. The cooling fan, fan cover, and condenser box are made of plastic.
Nella's 0.8 hp tomato squeezer can also function as an effective meat grinder. Simply detach the head from the motor and attach an optional #22 meat grinder attachment (not included).
