Perfect for restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, and cafeterias, this 56.5-inch wide bain marie can keep a variety of pre-cooked meals hot and ready to serve. This highly efficient food warmer functions by heating a basin of water underneath each of the food pans. The water reservoir allows heat to be evenly distributed around all sides of the food pans, eliminating hot and cold spots and raising food temperatures safely.
This 5-pan bain marie is constructed from a high quality stainless steel and boasts 1.8 kW of power. It’s equipped with an easy-to-use and highly efficient thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between 30°C and 85°C (86°F and 185°F). The unit also includes a glass sneeze guard to prevent customers from serving themselves when being used in front-of-house applications.
Nella’s bain marie comes equipped with five half-size food pans with clear lids that let you begin using the unit right away. In addition, the bain marie can accommodate full-size food pans which may be used in conjunction with half-size pans for your convenience.
