With two separately controlled chambers you’ll be able to double your output while occupying very little space. Thanks to its countertop design, this pizza oven is perfect for smaller pizzerias and restaurants with limited space. The wide chambers allow you to bake 18” pizzas and other irregularly shaped food items such as breadsticks, pies, and pretzels.
This Nella pizza oven features top and bottom heating elements that are independently controlled in order to evenly heat the contents and produce excellent results. It also comes equipped with removable half-inch thick ceramic pizza decks, a 30-minute timer, and an interior light and viewing window that will help you monitor and cook the perfect pizza every time.
The unit is constructed from a durable stainless steel and comes with 4” adjustable legs to make cleaning under and around the oven, a breeze.
