Description
Nuova Simonelli MDXS On-Demand is a low-to-medium volume commercial grinder. Evolved from the MDX, it has a larger 1.6 kg hopper, and is designed to run quieter with an improved ventilation system to better preserve the coffee’s fragrance.
Its programmable dose settings are easily adjusted (on the fly) and its doser-less design means every shot is fresh-ground directly into your portafilter in a neat pile, hands-free. Large 65mm burrs, micrometric grind adjustments (to dial in that perfect grind), and a work light complete the package. Available in Matte Black, Pearl White or Victoria Red finish.
Suitable for: low to medium volume locations, high-volume decaf or secondary coffee grinding, restaurants, hotels, small shops, locations with less experienced baristas, smaller equipment budgets
