Works great for largest pies into Ooni Karu 16

Was looking for a wooden peel big enough and light enough for launching into Karu 16. AND not all shiny like a cutting board....raw wood makes for easier launching of higher hydration dough. Biggest you can put in the opening. Wish it had a short handle but it was a 2 min job to cut it down to suit.
