The Zyliss 11960 2 in 1 Handheld Slicer takes the premium features of a mandoline-type slicer and adds in the ease of a quick-use handle to safely slice produce. The slicer offers two blades and multiple slicing options: a sharp, angled serrated blade to cleanly slice onions, zucchini, tomatoes, and citrus fruits, and a second julienne blade to julienne carrots, potatoes, and apples.
