Description
Cook gyros, kabobs, and other Mediterranean style dishes on Star’s VBG30 Gas Vertical Broiler or also popularly known as the Gyro broiler. This high performance broiler is capable of holding 5 to 45 pounds of meat and equipped with fully adjustable heat settings. VBG30 is constructed with stainless steel on the front and sides. The back, bottom, rotisserie rod and pans are constructed with aluminized steel. The friction detection feature will automatically stop the rotisserie from rotating when friction is detected, allowing you to carve and slice quickly and conveniently.
