It’s an excellent addition to any restaurant, hotel, or café and makes it easy to prepare burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items quickly by keeping meat, eggs, and other toppings within reach but stored at the cold temperatures required to ensure the safety and freshness of your ingredients.

This Traulsen refrigerated equipment stand measures 48 inches wide and features two spacious self-closing drawers that can each accommodate two 12 by 20-inch wide, 6-inch deep food pans. Drawers also boast a stay-open feature that helps make it easier to load and unload products.
This heavy-duty chef base features a stainless steel construction both on the interior and exterior making it extremely durable where it counts for constant use in harsh environments. A maximum top load capacity of up to 625 pounds allows you to position a variety of countertop equipment units right on top. The edge around the countertop is raised slightly to contain drips or spills and prevent them from running off onto the floor, minimizing clean-up at the end of the day.
Powerful Refrigeration, Smart Controls
The Traulsen refrigerated equipment stand is equipped with the easy-to-use Intela-Traul microprocessor control system that features a bright LED display, Fahrenheit or Celsius selection capabilities, as well as audio/visual safety and maintenance alarms. The unit also has a self-contained, balanced refrigeration system and uses the R-404A refrigerant to cool its contents. The front-breathing design means no additional clearance is required to the sides or back of the unit upon installation, making it ideal for more compact spaces.
This powerful unit maintains temperatures inside the refrigerated base between 1.1°C and 3.3°C (34°F and 38°F) even when kitchen temperatures reach 40.5°C (104.9°F) and drawers are being opened constantly.
