Thanks to 950W of heating power as well as independent elements, recessed thermostats that are adjustable up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and large, easy-to-read analog thermometers, you can be sure that temperature adjustments are as simple and reliable as possible. Plus, the moisture control slides allow you to open and close the vents in the front of each drawer to ensure the proper amount of humidity for warming different types of foods.
