Powerful and Efficient Range
Vulcan’s stock pot ranges are designed for busy kitchens that prepare and serve a large volume of liquids like stock. With two 55,000 BTU/hr ring-type burners located in each grate, this natural gas powered range has a total of 220,000 BTU, making it both powerful and highly efficient.
Four infinite control power valves as well as a standing pilot ignition system makes it simple to operate while also giving you the precision needed when cooking. This stock pot range also comes with a heat shield that protects the gas valves from high temperatures, extending the life of the valve component.
Convenient and Durable Design
The VSP200F features a stainless steel front and sides providing the ultimate durability as well as making it easy to clean. Two heavy-duty cast iron top grates have the strength to support even the largest stock pots allowing you to rely on this range for any task, big or small. With two separate burners, you can cook even more stock and sauce without needing to take up extra space on your main commercial range.
For maximum convenience, six nickel-plated legs come standard with the VSP100 and adjust from 22.5 inches to 24 inches in height.
