Dehydrators are the perfect appliance for making fresh, homemade jerky, vegetable chips, and fruit leathers as well as for easily drying out fresh herbs for seasoning.
Weston’s 10-tray digital dehydrator offers 1600 square inches of drying space, allowing you to fit up to seven pounds of raw jerky. It comes equipped with ten 13.5" x 11.75” non-stick trays for preparing a variety of dried or dehydrated foods at once. A removable drip tray catches and collects excess juice and sauce from marinades and other liquid ingredients, making clean-up a breeze.
This Weston dehydrator features a digital thermostat on top of the appliance that let’s you control the heat up to a maximum of 155°F. A 12-hour digital timer keeps you informed on how long your food has been drying for, keeping you in control at all times. Once the timer expires, the dehydrator automatically shuts down, saving you energy and leaving you with perfectly prepared jerky, chips, and other delicious treats.
The dehydrator is powered by an 830 watt heating element and features a rear-mounted fan for even drying.
