Dehydrators are the perfect appliance for making fresh, homemade jerky, vegetable chips, and fruit leathers as well as for easily drying out fresh herbs for seasoning.
Weston’s 4-tier dehydrator offers 3.14 square feet of drying space. It comes equipped with four removable drying trays that each measure 12 inches in diameter for preparing a wide variety of dried or dehydrated foods at one time. Tray depths are also adjustable between 0.5 and 1 inches and are designed to easily release food.
This Weston dehydrator is powered by a 250-watt heating element and features an ultra-quiet fan that circulates air vertically throughout the trays. It’s constructed with a solid ABS thermoplastic housing that makes it lightweight and compact enough to fit on any countertop.
