Description
The Cleveland KET-6-T electric 6 gallon countertop 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a self containing unit. It's easy to use and to install. It has the capacity to contain 6 gallons of mouth watering dishes such as soup, pasta, rice and much more. It's also great for simmering because of its exact temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit).
Features welded-in heating components that help maintain a vacuum and prevent water loss. It has a 50 PSI steam jacket that is permanently filled with treated, distilled water and has a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent spillage. All exterior surfaces are composed of durable 304 stainless steel.
Splash proof has a solid control panel allows easy control to monitor temperature, there's also a low water warning. Some of the special feature of the KET-6-T are that it has a self locking mechanism, prevents spills.
